Food & Bev

We have options as low as $10 per person to keep your group properly fueled. We proudly partner with award-winning local caterers and other providers to ensure a great experience. We also have a self-pour beer wall and offer multiple options for adding adult beverages to your event — no alcohol before Rage Room sessions!

How many people do I need to make a group reservation?

If you have 8+ people in your group, then we can make a reservation for your team. You can even enjoy group rates, multi-activity discounts, food and beverages as part of your event!

How do I book a group event?

Contact our Group Sales team to get things started – just click the "contact us" button above or call us directly. They can share info, help you customize a great event and send you a detailed quote.

Is a deposit required to book an event?

A non-refundable deposit is required to finalize your booking and to lock your event in on our schedule. The deposit amount required to secure your date is 50% of the amount of your event. Deposits can be paid in-person or over the phone.

Cancellations

Your Event Date and Start Time may be changed once (subject to availability) at no additional cost if changes are done with at least 7 days advance notice from original Event Date. In some instances, cancellations may cause you to forfeit your non-refundable deposit.

Does OVRDRIVE make charitable contributions?

Community Outreach is key to the success of both business and community. Due to the immense number of requests we receive, we do not provide cash donations and cannot honor all requests. OVRDRIVE is unable to donate to athletics-based organizations. To be eligible for service donations: • ALL requests must be received via email or in letter form via US Mail at least 3 weeks in advance of your event. • ALL requests must be picked up at our location Monday through Thursday between the hours of 11am and 9pm. • ALL requests received must include a 501(c)(3) tax certificate if applicable. • OVRDRIVE reserves the right to refuse donations for any event at our discretion.
